Perfect for maternity, newborn, child, and family photography, it has also served as a beautiful setting for bridal preparations, creative workshops, and content creation.

RENTAL GUIDELINES
A signed studio rental agreement is required. Please note that the studio is equipped with a surveillance camera in common areas for security purposes.

If you exceed your booked rental period, an additional fee of $50 per hour will apply. Billing is rounded to the next full hour, so please factor in your setup and cleanup time when making your booking.

For safety and cleanliness, animals, pets, glitter, and confetti are strictly prohibited.

Please bring all necessary props for your session. While the newborn bean bag is available for use, all other props, including blankets, canvas backdrops, wraps, baskets, bowls, headbands, hats, studio wardrobe, and stools, are not included in the rental.

To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This ensures your reserved date and time remain unavailable for other bookings.
